Calibration Services

HABCO's Airflow Laboratory offers Mass Flow and pressure calibration services for our complete line of test sets.

Our mass flow calibration laboratory uses our AF1000C series Sonic Nozzle test stand to provide a traceable flow source from 1 to 1,000 Pounds per Hour with a total uncertainty of < 0.3% of reading. This allows us to re-certify our 1093 and 1543 series products to an accuracy of 1% of reading while maintaining a TAR of better then 3.

Our pressure calibration system utilized the latest digital pressure measurement transducers with a maximum uncertainty of 0.025% from vacuum to 2,000 PSIG.

Calibrations are in accordance with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994. All standards used during calibrations have certificates traceable to NIST.

HABCO’s Quality Management System certified to ISO9001:2000 and AS9100 Rev.B. Certificate No: UQA 0111084 Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
