HABCO is excited to announce that we will be attending the Power-Gen International show at the Orange County Convention Center December 14^th through the 16^th. With over 20 years of service to the generation sector, Power-Gen International is the industry leader in providing coverage of trends technology and industry specific issues. As part of our celebration of 40 years servicing the aerospace and industrial markets, HABCO will have a presence at this year’s Power-Gen International to connect with our existing customers and discuss industry needs.

HABCO has a long history of supporting the power generation industry with equipment to verify proper operation of numerous systems critical to the operation of ground based turbine engines. HABCO has provided a number of different tools to major OEM’s as well as sub tier suppliers including diagnostic equipment and tools to verify correct operation of fuel supplies and hot section components.

Realizing that the power generation market is growing rapidly, HABCO has made a commitment to provide more than tools and test equipment to the industry, we are committed to be a full service partner to the industry. We realize that more and more suppliers are now providing turnkey services to the industry and, as a result, there is a real need in the industry to provide not only equipment but real world support with solutions and tips to difficult real world testing issues. We have also used our extensive lean background to develop our tools to include electronic TPM controls and SPC analysis tools to our product line to provide industry leading uptime and process visibility.

Recently HABCO has seen a tremendous upturn in the air flow market for industrial gas turbine applications. Seeing the upward trend and a lack of a real off the shelf solutions, HABCO developed the AF1000I as a part of HABCO’s new air flow suit that was developed to address particular industry segment solutions.  The AF1000I is a test stand that can be used to validate combustor liners blades vanes and other combustion components as well as gaseous fuel supply components.

HABCO has also been building test stands that support the testing of Industrial gas turbine liquid fuel supply components. The FUE1002 series of test stands can be supplied in a number of different configurations to check for proper operation of components. Along with the test stand a number of different accessories carts can be supplied to check fuel distribution of manifolds and nozzle assemblies. All of this equipment uses HABCO’s TestMaster computerized test scheduler to monitor and control difficult testing sequences.

In addition to stationary test stands to support component testing, HABCO supplies tools that can be used to verify overall health and functionality of equipment. Items such as our vacuum and positive pressure test sets verify carbon seal condition.  HABCO also manufactures a test kit that can be used to check the integrity of fuel supply lines.

HABCO continues to grow in our 40^th year servicing the industry and as part of the celebration we have opened a new 50,000 square foot production facility that allows us enough room to expand our market offerings and grow our ability to “engineer your advantage”.
