HABCO's AF1000I air flow test stand combines highly accurate measurement hardware with powerful and intuitive software to produce repeatable flow measurement solutions.
The heart of the air flow measurement solution is the Sonic Nozzle. These accurately machined flow measurement devices have no components that wear out and do not require frequent calibrations. The throat of the Nozzle is machined so that the flowing gas velocity becomes equal to the speed of sound, once the flow is sonic, only pressure and temperature measurements are required to make accurate flow calculations.
Designed to specifically meet the higher flow rate demands of the industrial gas turbine market, the AF1000I is our largest standard air flow bench. This stand is specifically designed to test turbine blades, vanes and fuel nozzle gas path sections of Industrial Gas Turbines.
